Service Description
Some individuals feel more comfortable expressing themselves in written format rather than face to face or in person. This option allows pre-teens, teens, and even adults the ability to communicate within their comfort zone. That is using their devices and in the comfort of their home. Some areas of topics to discuss and work through: • Anxiety • Depression • Overwhelm and pressures (from school, sports, teachers, parents etc.) • Drug and alcohol experimentation • Body changes & lifestyle questions • Friendship challenges • Eating Disorders • Grief and Loss The way's we'd work through them: • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) • Expressive Therapy (Art/Yoga/Dance/Music/Movement/Nature) • Mindfulness-Based CBT • Education • Solution Focused Therapy • Somatic Mindfulness
